What happens after I book?

After your deposit is received, you will receive a confirmation email. As we get closer to the trip, we will provide important updates such as:

  • Finalized itinerary
  • Hotel information
  • Visa requirements (if applicable)
  • Packing list
  • Outstanding payment balance
What information do I need to provide?

Once you have confirmed your booking with us, we will send a Guest Interest Form.

This form will ask for:

  • Full name as it appears on your passport
  • Dietary restrictions or allergies
  • Emergency contact
  • Arrival/departure details (if arriving early or extending your stay)
  • Single or double occupancy room
  • Phone number
Do I need travel insurance?

Travel insurance is highly recommended, but not required. To secure the best rate, it is best to purchase within two weeks of making a deposit. The insurance protects the investment of your trip from unforeseen circumstances.

Our travel insurance partner is RoamRight, and our relationship with them allows us to escalate claims if needed. You can get a quick quote from them here.

What should I pack?

We have prepared a Sample Packing List to help you get started. View it here: Packing Checklist

Packing tips:

  • Choose a suitcase you can manage independently (consider cobblestone streets, stairs, or small hotel elevators)
  • Don’t forget a day bag for excursions (a simple crossbody bag works great)
  • Pack layers and comfortable walking shoes
Do I need WhatsApp?

All of our daily updates and communication will be done via WhatsApp. Please download it and share your phone number on the Guest Form, and we'll add you to the group chat about one month from the trip departure.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Zelle (for U.S. guests)
  • ACH transfers (U.S. guests)
  • Checks (U.S. only)
  • Wire transfers (international clients)

If you are based in the U.S., Zelle or checks are typically the most convenient options.

If you are outside the U.S., we will send you an invoice with wire transfer instructions.

What is your cancellation policy?

The $2,000 USD deposit is non-refundable and secures your spot on the tour. This deposit helps us reserve the best accommodations and activities well in advance.

Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure, and can be paid in a lump sum or in installments.

Cancellation Policy

  • More than 60 days before departure: Deposit forfeited
  • 59–30 days before: 75% of tour cost forfeited
  • 29–10 days before: 90% forfeited
  • 9 days or less: 100% forfeited

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance (ideally within 2 weeks of booking for the best rate) to protect your investment from unforeseen circumstances. Our travel insurance partner is RoamRight Travel Insurance.
